At UseFast AI, we are committed to providing high-quality software services that meet your needs. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our service, we are here to assist with refund requests under certain conditions.

Refund Eligibility

1. Subscription Plans

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not generally provided for monthly subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription, you will have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for the remainder of that period.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions are available within the first 14 days of purchase. After this period, refunds are not provided for unused portions of the subscription.

2. Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within the applicable refund period.
  • The service must have experienced significant technical issues that were not resolved in a timely manner, preventing you from using the service as intended.
  • Refunds will not be granted if you simply change your mind or decide that the service is no longer needed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • You failed to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
  • You did not use the service during the subscription period.
  • You requested a refund outside the eligible refund period.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent period. Please note that canceling your subscription does not automatically result in a refund.
